PDB Code of Template Chain
The target sequence (the first sequence) must be aligned with a template sequence that is a chain of known structure. The server makes its calculations from sequence profiles based generated around PDB structures.
The 4 letter PDB code must be entered in the box provided and the chain identifier must be included if the PDB template structure has a chain identifier.
